Since 1952 MOROSO has been designing its sofas, armchairs and accessories with well known designers such as Ron Arad, Carlo Colombo, Enrico Franzolini, Marc Newson, Toshiyuki Kita and Patricia Urquiola. MOROSO has been constructing its sofas and armchairs aiming at top quality, while using “clean” nonpolluting production processes, and carefully selecting its natural or recyclable materials. In order to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of this policy, MOROSO started from the end: it began by considering the end users, their lifestyles and their ways of using their living-rooms.
A living room is a place you open to other people, in order to express your hospitality, but can also be a place of quiet and reflection. Italian premium furniture maker Moroso’s consistently brilliant success is the fruit of a business philosophy that ignores the rules and deliberately bucks the trend. Always designing out of the box, Moroso makes bold statements in its pursuit of new functions and forms.
For this reason, it will not be a coincidence if you find yourself sitting on a MOROSO armchair during a transoceanic cruise on a Love Boat, when you are a guest at Tina Turner’s, Marina Abramovic´s house, when you are in the Bahrain Islands at the court of His Highness King Hamad Al Khalifa or if you have the unlikely adventure of meeting Pina Restless in private. Feedback, design, global quality, respect for the environment: all these words are not empty rhetoric for the company, but big and little marks of attention that are associated with every single moment of their product production stages.
Have a seat on a MOROSO and experience this reality by yourselves.
