A Collaboration in Luxury: Poliform Dubai x ALTA Developments

Rooted in four generations of Cipriani heritage, Mr. C Residences Downtown brings a contemporary interpretation of classic European living to the heart of Dubai. The branded residence combines timeless elegance, impeccable hospitality, and meticulous attention to detail, creating a lifestyle defined by sophistication, comfort, and wellbeing. Inspired by the movement of desert winds, the tower’s distinctive architecture and thoughtfully curated interiors establish a new landmark within Sheikh Zayed’s vibrant cultural landscape.

OBEGI Home partnered with ALTA Developments to deliver bespoke Poliform kitchens across 162 units of the Mr. C Residences Downtown. Designed for the Signature and Nobile Collections, the kitchens were carefully developed to express the refined identity of the Mr. C Residences through Poliform’s distinctive Italian design language. Conceived by the internationally acclaimed design studio 1508 London, the interiors balance luxury with functionality, resulting in spaces that are both elegant and highly practical.

The kitchen design features custom oak veneer high-gloss cabinetry designed to embody the Mr. C Residences identity, paired with champagne lacquered skirtings and open display units with chamfered detailing inspired by Poliform’s craftsmanship. Arabescato glossy marble-finished wall units and coordinated countertops add a sophisticated material palette, while fully integrated appliances are seamlessly concealed within the cabinetry to preserve a clean and minimalist aesthetic.

Working closely with the design team and client stakeholders, OBEGI Home translated the design vision into a fully realized kitchen solution, ensuring every detail aligned with the project’s premium positioning. The scope included engineering, production coordination, supply, and installation, with particular attention given to material selection, detailing, and execution quality to deliver a complete turnkey package aligned with the project’s design intent and quality standards.
